
Pork and Banana Wontons with Sweet and Spicy Papaya Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 ea. – Pork (5741580 - BCH BLK - PORK CHOP BONELESS C/C 4 OZ SEASONED)
- 4 ea. – Wonton skins
- 1 ea. – Banana
- 2 Tbl. – Papaya, diced
- 3 Tbl. – Sweet red chili sauce
- 2 Oz. – Mirin
- 1/4 Tsp. – Red chili flakes
- 1/2 Tsp. – Chinese 5 spice
- 1 Oz. – Eggwash
Instructions
- Cut pork chop into 6 cubes. Season with 5 spice, salt and pepper. Deep fry to medium rare. Peel banana and fry.
- Take a wonton wrapper, place a slice of fried banana on bottom, top with pork, egg wash the seams lightly and fold to a crown.
- Heat up mirin, chili sauce and papaya. Adjust heat with pepper flakes. Place in bowl.
- Fry 4 wontons per order, garnish with fried banana and papaya.
