This year, keep your students coming back for more by providing options for customization and fun seasonal offerings, with some fun ideas and inspiration from Sysco and BakerSource baking mixes.
Student diners are increasingly seeking opportunities to customize their food for their unique tastes and nutritional needs. In Technomic's recently released "College and University Consumer Trend Report," 47% of students polled in 2010 said it is important that they can omit or substitute ingredients in their food compared to just 43% in 2009.
