Generate Profit by Catering Cheese Trays During Holidays

Maximize holiday sales without expanding the dining room

The tumultuous economy is causing holiday parties to vanish and more consumers to host holiday get-togethers at home.

Technomic reports that more than a third (36 percent) of consumers surveyed are entertaining at home more frequently than a year ago, and 40 percent say they'll do so more often in the future.

This makes it more important than ever for restaurant operators to find ways to tap into this growing trend.
